Once you've sent a message, you'll want to review the results of that message. When viewing the Sent Messages page, each message has a View Report button. Clicking this will all the details of the selected message. On the Message Report page you will see the following information:

  • Message Name: This is the name you gave the message. You can name a message during the creation process or after. This name is only seen by you as a reference for the message.

  • Started Send: This is the time the system started sending the message.

  • Finished Send: This is the time the system finished sending the message.

  • Recipients: This is how many subscribers received the message.

  • Statistics:

    • Messages Sent: This will show you how many individual messages were sent to.

    • MMS Sent: This is how many messages were sent as MMS. If the message was sent in the SMS format, this will be 0%.

    • SMS Sent: This is how many messages sent as SMS. If the message was sent in the MMS format, this will show the number and percentage of fallback SMS messages sent.

    • Successful Messages: This is how many messages successfully went through to the subscribers' devices.

    • Bounced Messages: This is how many messages were not successful and bounced. This means the phone carrier rejected the message. Read more here.

    • Cleaned: This is how many messages have been cleaned. This means they were automatically unsubscribed. Read more here.

    • Unsubscribes: This is how many phone numbers unsubscribed from the campaign.

  • Coupon Code: This is if a coupon code was used on the message. Read more here.

  • Estimated Send Cost and Send Cost: In the first 4 hours after a message is sent, Tatango will display the Estimated Send Cost of your send. After 4 hours, this will update from to Send Cost. This is the actual cost of the send.

  • Mobile Carrier Breakdown: This will show you how the messages were distributed over your subscribers' carriers.

  • Segmenting: This will show if there was any segmenting done on the message. Read more here.

At the bottom of the page, you will see the replies to the message that were received. You can export these replies by clicking the Generate Message Replies export under all replies. At this time, Tatango does not offer a method to individually respond to messages although a "Reply Response" is sent automatically.
