While you're viewing a conversation, the subscriber details panel shows you helpful context about the person you're talking to.
You'll see:
Their phone number
Name (if you've collected it)
Email address (if you've collected it)
Which lists they're subscribed to
When they subscribed
Custom field information (donation history, volunteer preferences, etc.)
Tags you've applied to them
Who this conversation is assigned to
How many total messages they've sent
Use this information to personalize your responses and understand their relationship with your organization.
Custom fields are specific to your organization. Your account administrator sets these up based on the information that's important to your work—things like donation level, event attendance, volunteer skills, or geographic location.
