How to create a Scheduled Export
Step 1: Go to Scheduled Export
In the top navigation bar, click Reports
Select Scheduled Export
Youโll land on the Scheduled Export page, where you can begin setting up your report.
Step 2: Choose a report
Select the report you want to schedule
Click into the report and hit Next
Each report represents a predefined dataset, so you donโt need to configure fields manually. You can view the fields included in the report by clicking the small gray arrow in the bottom-right corner of the box.

๐ก Each report determines the type of data that will be included in your export.
Step 3: Select your date range and frequency
Choose the frequency based on how often you want this report to run (daily, weekly or monthly)
Choose the date range for the data you want included in each report
Choose the Start Date for the report

๐ก This date range will be applied every time the report runs will automatically run based on the selected frequency.
Step 4: Choose your delivery destination
You can either select an existing destination or create a new one.
To create a new destination:
Choose the destination type:
Email
S3
SFTP
Google Sheets

Enter the required details (such as email recipients or destination credentials)
3. Once you create a destination, it will be saved automatically so you can reuse it for future reports. You can find saved destinations here.

Step 5: Review and schedule the report
Review your report configuration. You can review the fields in the report and preview your data.
If everything looks good, click Save & Schedule

Your report will now run automatically based on your selected schedule.
Delivery timing
Scheduled reports are delivered based on the selected frequency:
Daily reports are delivered by 8 AM ET each day
Weekly reports are delivered on Monday mornings (for the previous week)
Monthly reports are delivered on the 1st of the month
Managing your scheduled reports
You can manage your scheduled reports at any time:
View all scheduled reports
Edit report settings or delivery destinations
Pause or deactivate reports
Track report delivery status
