How to create a Quick Export

Step 1: Go to Reports

  1. In the top navigation bar of your home page, click Reports

  2. Select Quick Export

You’ll land on the Quick Export page, where you can see all available report types.

Step 2: Choose a report

  1. Select the report you want to run

  2. Click next to continue

Each report represents a predefined dataset, so you don’t need to configure fields manually. You can view the fields included in the report by clicking the small gray arrow in the bottom-right corner of the box.

Step 3: Select your date range

For most Quick Export reports, you can choose the date range for the data you want to export.

  1. Select the date range based on the time period you want to analyze

  2. Adjust the range to narrow down the data included in your report

Note: Some reports use All Time data and do not allow date range selection:

  • Active Subscribers – shows subscribers who are currently active (opted in, not unsubscribed or cleaned)

  • Subscriber Snapshot – provides a snapshot of all subscribers at the current moment

💡 These reports reflect the current state of your data, rather than data from a specific time period.

Step 4: Review report fields

Before running the report, you’ll see a preview of the fields included.

  1. Review the list of fields

  2. Confirm the report contains the data you’re expecting

💡 If something looks wrong, this is the best time to go back and choose a different report.

Step 5: Run the report

  1. Click Next -> Run Now

  2. You will be redirected to Activity Logs page. While the report is generating, the status will show "Running".

💡 You don’t need to stay on this page while it runs.

Step 6: Download your report

  1. Go to the Activity Logs page

  2. Find your report in the list

  3. Click the arrow in the Actions column to download the file

💡 The Activity page stores all your exports, so you can always come back and download them later.

Managing your exports

From the Activity Logs page, you can:

  • View all previously generated reports

  • Search for specific exports

  • Re-download reports anytime

Tips for using Quick Export

  • Use Quick Export when you need data quickly without customization

  • Double-check your date range before running the report

  • Review fields to avoid downloading incorrect data
