You can choose from three types of exports depending on your use case.
Quick Export
Quick Export is designed for fast, one-time data downloads using standard Tatango datasets.
It’s the quickest way to access commonly used reporting data without needing to configure a custom report. Instead of building a report from scratch, you can select a dataset, apply a few filters, and download your data in just a few clicks.
With Quick Export, you can:
Access standard Tatango datasets instantly
Filter data by date range to narrow results
Preview report fields before running the export to confirm you’re pulling the right data
Download reports quickly without additional setup
View and manage past exports in a centralized Activity page

Quick Export is part of the new Report Builder experience and replaces legacy reporting over time. While more advanced features like scheduling and custom exports are available in other report types, Quick Export is built to solve the most common need first - getting data quickly and easily.

Scheduled Export
Scheduled Export is designed for automating recurring report delivery.
It allows you to set up reports that run on a consistent schedule, so you don’t have to manually export data each time. Instead of logging in and pulling reports repeatedly, you can configure a report once and have it automatically delivered to your preferred destination.
With Scheduled Export, you can:
Schedule reports to run daily, weekly, or monthly
Select where reports are delivered (Email, S3, SFTP, or Google Sheets)
Ensure you receive up-to-date reports without manually logging in
