Once you cancel, you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period, even for non-usage.
If your billing cycle is on the 12th of each month, and you cancel on the 18th, you are still responsible for the bill on the 12th. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made. To cancel your plan, please contact us.
