To find a subscriber's wireless carrier (T-Mobile, AT&T, etc.), first you'll want to find that specific subscriber within your campaign. For instructions on how to do this, see here.

If a subscriber's wireless carrier is incorrectly stored in Tatango, you'll need to reset their wireless carrier in Tatango. To do this, have them text HELP to 33733. This will reset the subscriber's wireless carrier to the correct one. If after the customer texts HELP to 33733, and you've refresh the page with their subscriber info, and the subscriber's wireless carrier is still incorrect, please contact Tatango support. When contacting Tatango, please confirm that you've followed the above steps, and include the subscriber's phone number, and their correct wireless carrier.
