Each message you send/receive, will deplete your messaging credit balance on Tatango. To make sure that your messages are not interrupted, please ensure that you always maintain a positive balance within your Tatango account.
To add credits to your balance, go to "My Account", > "Account Setting", > "Usage". When on the Usage page, click "Add Funds" to update your credit card, and add funds to your messaging balance.
If you require an invoice to add messaging funds to your account, please message your account manager with this request, including the amount of funds you wish to add to your balance.
