Want to add a new subscriber to a Tatango list from another software service, like MailChimp, Salesforce, Facebook Ads, Shopify, HubSpot, or 3,000+ other services? If so, you can use Zapier. The best part? Zapier doesn't require you to know any coding!

When creating a "zap", you're going to want to select whatever other software service you want to connect to Tatango, as your "Trigger App". The "Trigger App" is the software service that you're currently using to manage customers, or capture leads, like MailChimp, Salesforce, Facebook Ads, Shopify, HubSpot, etc.

The "Trigger" is what happens in that those software services, that tells Zapier it's time to create an "Action" in Tatango.

For most software services, the "Trigger" is something like the following:

  • New Subscriber - Triggers when a new subscriber is added to a list. (MailChimp)

  • New Lead - Triggers when a new lead is created. (Facebook Ads)

  • New Customer - Triggers when a new customer is added to account. (Shopify)

Once the "Trigger App" and the "Trigger" has been setup, you'll need to setup the "Action App", which is Tatango. To setup Tatango as your "Action App", you'll need to get your Tatango account's API key.

Once that's done, you'll setup the "Action", which is what will happen within Tatango, when the "Trigger" happens in the other software service. This "Action" needs to be set as "Create Subscriber".

So essentially what you've setup in Zapier is an automated process, where an "Action" happens within the "Action App", then automatically an "Action" (Create Subscriber), takes place in the "Action App" (Tatango).ย

That's how mobile phone numbers can be passed from one software service, like MailChimp, Salesforce, Facebook Ads, Shopify, HubSpot, etc., to Tatango.
