Before You Begin
Create a new API key in Tatango at https://app.tatango.com/api_keys
Steps to Update Your Zap
Open your Zap in the Zapier editor
Delete the Tatango action step -> You'll now see a
+in its placeClick
+to add the new version of the connector -> Search and select Tatango as the app for the actionNavigate to the Setup tab (should already be selected)
Update your connection:
Click the Change button next to the App field
Search for "Tatango"
Select Tatango from the results
Create a new authentication:
Under Setup โ Account, click Change
Select + Connect a new account
Paste the API key you created in Tatango
Click Yes, Continue to save the connection
Verify your connection:
Zapier will display your Tatango account username to confirm the connection is working
Reconfigure your action:
Select your Action Event (e.g., "Create Subscriber")
Click Continue
Set up your action fields:
Fill in the required fields in the Configure tab
Map data from your trigger to the appropriate fields
Click Continue
Test your action:
Click Test step to verify everything works
Review the test results to confirm the action completed successfully
Publish your changes:
Click Publish in the top right to save your updated Zap
