We've upgraded this feature to include customizable fallback options for each merge tag, ensuring your messages remain engaging even when specific subscriber data is missing.

Key Enhancements Include:

  1. Custom Fallbacks:

    • You can now define custom fallbacks for each merge tag, tailored to resonate with your audience. For example, address unknown subscribers as "Supporter," "Donor," or "Team."

  2. Flexible Casing:

    • Adjust the case of the merge tag to suit its position within a sentence, enhancing the natural flow of your message.

  3. Localized Zip Code Fallbacks:

    • Personalize messages based on geographic information by setting custom fallbacks like "Your area," or regional identifiers such as "WA supporter" or "NC supporter."

Improved Character Count Logic:

We've refined our character count logic to more accurately reflect the length of messages, considering the longest potential fallback or custom field value:
