Zapier makes it easy to send a non-recurring, one-time transactional SMS through Tatango, triggered by activities in other software services like MailChimp, Salesforce, Facebook Ads, Shopify, or HubSpot—no coding required!

Setting Up Your Zap:

  1. Choose Your Trigger App:

    • Select the software service (e.g., MailChimp, Salesforce) where you manage customers or capture leads. This will be your "Trigger App".

  2. Define the Trigger:

    • Determine the specific event within the Trigger App that will initiate the Zap. This could be a new lead capture, a sale completion, or any other significant action.

  3. Configure Tatango as the Action App:

    • Set up Tatango as the "Action App" by entering your account's API key, enabling Tatango to perform actions based on the trigger.

  4. Set Up the Action:

    • Choose "Send Transactional Message" as the action to execute within Tatango when the trigger occurs.

Final Steps:

  • Once your trigger and action are configured, Zapier will automate the process. When the defined trigger occurs in your chosen software service, Tatango will send a one-time SMS to the specified mobile phone number.
