Deleted tags are removed from all subscribers in your account
This action cannot be undone
If you select a large number of tags (100+), the deletion may take a few moments to complete
If any tags fail to delete, an error message will show
When to Use Bulk Delete
Bulk deletion is helpful when you need to:
Clean up unused or deprecated tags
Remove test tags created during setup
Consolidate your tag library during reorganization
Remove outdated campaign tags after a promotion ends
Bulk Favoriting Tags
Favoriting tags helps you quickly access your most frequently used tags. The bulk favorite feature allows you to mark multiple tags as favorites (or remove them from favorites) all at once.
How to Bulk Favorite Tags
Navigate to Settings > Subscriber Tags in your account
Select the tags you want to favorite by clicking the checkbox next to each tag name
Click the star button in the toolbar that appears when you have tags selected
If all selected tags are already favorited, the star will appear filled, and clicking it will unfavorite them
If at least one selected tag is not favorited, the star will appear as an outline, and clicking it will favorite all selected tags
A success message will display showing how many tags were favorited or unfavorited
