Assigning Conversations
When you work with a team, assignments help distribute the workload and prevent duplicate responses.
Assigning a single conversation:
Open the conversation
Click the Assignee dropdown
Select a team member
The assignment saves automatically
The assignee receives a notification (based on their notification preferences)
Assigning multiple conversations at once:
Select conversations using the checkboxes
Click Assign in the bulk action menu
Choose a team member
Click Assign Selected
All selected conversations are assigned to that person
Checking team assignments: Use the filter to view conversations assigned to specific team members.
