Assigning Conversations

When you work with a team, assignments help distribute the workload and prevent duplicate responses.

Assigning a single conversation:

  1. Open the conversation

  2. Click the Assignee dropdown

  3. Select a team member

  4. The assignment saves automatically

  5. The assignee receives a notification (based on their notification preferences)

Assigning multiple conversations at once:

  1. Select conversations using the checkboxes

  2. Click Assign in the bulk action menu

  3. Choose a team member

  4. Click Assign Selected

  5. All selected conversations are assigned to that person

Checking team assignments: Use the filter to view conversations assigned to specific team members.
