Content Creation Aids

Upgraded AI Assistant

Our AI Assistant got an upgrade! You can now find it easily at the bottom right corner of the message composer so it’s only a click away when you need it.

Additionally, when an AI feature is selected, you now have options available to review and change the content before applying it. These features now include:

  • Regenerate to see variations of content

  • Navigate back and forth between previously generated results

  • Chain multiple AI features together to remix into something new and fresh

  • Discard if you change your mind and prefer the original content

  • Thumbs up/down feedback on recommended content - coming soon!

Intelligent content recommendations tailored to your organization

Providing AI with context specific to your organization, its messaging, and your subscribers’ behavior greatly enhances its ability to generate relevant content that gets results.

Tatango dynamically creates this organization-specific information behind the scenes and uses it to power the recommendations you receive in the AI Assistant.

To do this, we automatically use your last 5 best performing messages to generate prompt guidance around:

  • Messaging patterns - Examples: High performing messages, common themes and use cases, word choices, emotional appeal

  • Optimization recommendations - Examples: Tone, emoji use, calls to action, link placement

  • Communication frameworks - Examples: Content, language style, readability, length and cadence

  • Rewriting guidelines - Examples: Use action verbs, create a sense of urgency, highlight the impact

We also use AI to automatically generate an organization description which is combined with the above information to enhance recommendation accuracy. You also now have the ability to customize this on our new AI Settings page if you prefer to review and fine tune that description.

By being a Tatango customer you gain this powerful and innovative capability automatically, helping you save time while driving better engagement and fundraising results.

NOTE: Due to strict Third-party AI Usage Policies this feature may be limited to organizations not engaging in political campaigning or lobbying.

Express personality, persuade, and connect in new ways with tone variations

You can use this feature to alter the tone of your message with just a click. Select from a wide range of tones, from informational to inspirational. This opens up a world of possibilities for tailoring your message to suit any occasion or audience. Learn more.

Rephrase to spark creativity

Transform your existing copy effortlessly, breathing new life into your content without losing its essence with Rephrase. This feature can also provide creative inspiration to get past writer's block if you’re ever feeling stuck. Learn more.

Create SMS Fallback content with just a click

Get to Send faster. Generate one or multiple SMS Fallback messages from your MMS content automatically and select the best one for your audience. Make a last minute change? No problem, you can regenerate again based on the latest version of MMS content anytime.

Tips and tricks

  • Review and customize your organization description in the AI Settings page to fine tune the context used when generating your recommendations.

  • Always use the AI Assistant multiple times to spark new ideas and explore alternative phrasing. Flip back and forth between results to pick the best one.

  • Facing a blank canvas can be daunting. Jumpstart your creativity by starting with key points and use 'tone' or 'rephrase' to easily fill in the gaps!

Data Analysis and Enrichment

Data Hub: All Replies Report AI Sentiment Analysis

Sentiment Scoring is the latest addition to the new All Replies Report and currently available through the Tatango Data Hub. This report helps users identify actionable replies, gain insights into subscriber sentiment, and measure campaign effectiveness.

With Sentiment Scoring, replies are evaluated with a score from -1 (negative) to 1 (positive), making it easier to prioritize follow-ups, quantify engagement, and streamline workflows.

AI Settings and Security

AI Settings

We’ve added a new AI Settings page which can be found under My Account > Account Settings > AI tab.

From here you can:

  • Enable/Disable all AI capabilities for your organization

  • Edit and refine your organization description used for recommendation context

  • Access links to key AI specific help documentation

This provides you the controls you need to configure Tatango’s capabilities to align with your organizations’ policies and guidelines.

NOTE: You must have an Owner, Admin, or Manager role to enable/disable AI capabilities and edit organization description.
