Data Analysis and Enrichment: We leverage a combination of technologies to help us perform deep data analysis and enrichment, providing you with insights into your messaging campaigns' effectiveness, additional capabilities to take action on that data, and continually improve content we generate. These surface in capabilities such as audience segmentation, send behavior analysis, customized reporting to enable data-driven decisions, replies prioritization, and AI use observability for our engineering teams.

How is Data Privacy and Security ensured?
All data processed through our platform and by third-party services, inclusive of data used with AI capabilities, is handled according to strict data privacy and security guidelines. Tatango has obtained both Type 1 and Type 2 SOC-2 compliance. We employ encryption, access controls, and regular security audits to protect your data in transit and at rest both inside Tatango systems and while communicating with 3rd party service providers.

What data is shared with Third-Party AI tools?
Our Approach to AI Data Sharing
Minimal Data Sharing: We strictly limit data sharing to only what is required for AI tools to function. No unnecessary information is transmitted.
Secure and Evaluated Providers: Any third-party AI service we use is rigorously assessed for compliance with industry-leading security and privacy standards.
Privacy Protection: We ensure that all shared data remains protected and is not used for purposes beyond providing AI-powered enhancements within Tatango.
No Selling of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade customer data with any AI providers or external entities.

Message Content: For AI-assisted responses and categorization, only relevant message content may be analyzed.

Can I opt my organization out of using AI features?
Yes. We provide every organization the option to opt out of all AI features if you prefer not to use them at this time. This ensures that you have control over what your staff can interact with and how your data is used.
Owners, admins, and managers can access these settings via My Account > Account Settings > AI tab.
Can I bring my own AI API keys?
Yes, that is one of our Enterprise options. For some advanced AI users, using their own API key from an AI provider (like OpenAI, Google, etc.) key might give them more control over their AI usage, data, and potentially access to more advanced features or models.
