PowerLinks give you the ability to create your own custom parameter keys and values. It also allows you to pre-populate form fields with subscriber data you may already have in Tatango (if the form provider supports that functionality).

Here's how this feature enhances your messages:

  1. Total Customization: With PowerLinks, you have the freedom to create your own parameter keys and values tailored to your specific campaign needs. Whether you want to track user preferences, pre-populate form fields, or measure the impact of specific offers, all of those options are possible. Just type in the custom Key you would like to use along with your Value to create parameters that work for you. Examples include using refcodes, donation data, application specific IDs and more.

  2. Granular Tracking: By defining custom parameter keys and values, you gain granular insights into subscriber behavior and campaign performance. Whether you're tracking demographics, interests, or engagement metrics, you can tailor your analysis to suit your unique objectives and make data-driven decisions with confidence.

  3. Enhanced Personalization: PowerLinks not only provide valuable insights but also enable personalized messaging. By using current subscriber data captured through custom parameters, you can deliver targeted content and offers that resonate with each individual recipient, driving engagement and click-through rates.

  4. Seamless Integration: PowerLinks seamlessly integrate with your existing SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and streamlined user experience. If you're integrating with third-party analytics tools, you can easily track and measure the impact of your SMS efforts.

Here's how to use this feature:

  1. Select the link shortener icon in the message composer.

  2. Turn the "Track clicks by subscriber" toggle on and paste your url into the URL field.

  3. Click "+Add URL Parameters".

  4. Select the URL Parameter Key and preferred URL Parameter Value from the drop down menu OR type in your own custom parameters.
