This is the message that is sent back to subscribers when they respond to a scheduled message that you send them. The CTIA doesn't have any requirements for this message, but we recommend something similar to the following.
Bob's Burgers: We've received your response. Reply STOP to end, HELP for help.
Tatango recommends that your brand name ("Bob's Burgers" in the example) and the STOP and HELP language be included in this response. If you would like to include a call to action such as "to get in touch with us you may email info@example.com or call 1-800-555-5555", that is acceptable and at your discretion.
