Tatango doesn't have a suspended state for billing for our subscription service. Accounts can be canceled, but when they're cancelled, they lose any keywords they've created, lists, and all of their subscriber information.

The most important thing to note is that when you cancel your account, your short code will be released unless you are transferring it to another provider.
