We recommend giving your sent message report at least five minutes to crunch the data. Some reports may take longer than five minutes, as the speed of the report is determined by the amount of subscribers the message was sent to. The more subscribers the message went to, the longer the report will take to generate.

Our recommendation is to not download your message report until the message has fully completed its data crunching as you might only receive partial data.
