Activity Logs

Activity Logs give you a quick way to see what’s happening with your reports. Whether you’re checking if a report ran, troubleshooting an issue with a report, or downloading a file, this is where you’ll go.

Where to find it

Head to Reports, then click on the Activity Logs tab.

This table gives you a quick way to:

  • Confirm that your reports are running as expected

  • Spot and troubleshoot failed runs

  • Find and download reports without rerunning them

Here’s what it contains -

Field

What it means

Report Name

Which report was run

Run ID

A unique ID for that specific run

Report Type

How the report was triggered (for example, scheduled)

Date Range

The time period the report covers

Started At

When the report started running

Duration

How long it took to complete

Status

Whether it succeeded or failed

Records

Number of records included in the report

Size

File size of the generated report

Triggered By

Whether it was run by a user or automatically by the system (scheduled)

Download a report

If a report ran successfully:

  1. Find the row

  2. Click the download icon on the right

That will download your report instantly.

Retry a failed report

If something failed:

  1. Find the row with Error

  2. Click the retry icon

This will run the report again.

Filter or search

Looking for something specific?

  • Use the status dropdown to filter (Success / Error / Running)

  • Use the date filter (like “Last 30 days”)

Or just search by report name

Want a heads up when it’s ready?

You can turn on push notifications to get notified when your report finishes running.

When would I use this?

  • “Did my scheduled report run?”

  • “Why didn’t my report work?”

  • “I need to download yesterday’s report again”

Did this answer your question?
