How do I know if an SMS keyword is available?

To see if an SMS keyword is available, simply try creating that new keyword. If the keyword is available it will show you a green checkmark and you'll be able to save your new keyword. If the keyword is not available it will show you a red "X" and you won't be able to save that keyword.
