Yes, but before you do, make sure you actually need multiple lists. Most of Tatango's customers do not need more than one list and creating additional may only make things harder for you to manage.
Before creating a new list, consider these questions:
Will you ever want to send the same message to more than one list? If you probably don't want an additional list.
Do you have a way to segment between what would be two lists such as an attribute or tag? If so, add that custom field or tag and keep the subscribers on one list.
Are the audiences completely separate and never will messaging overlap? For example, if you have a list for donors and then a list for employees, multiple lists may make sense.
