Most clients use one main contact list and use segmentation to send to different groups. Subscribers are not shared across lists and reports are pulled at the list level. If you would like to discuss in more detail needing additional lists please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
When you log into Tatango, the first thing you'll see is your lists dashboard, which includes all of your lists. To create a new list, follow these steps.
Click the Create List button on the right, and you'll see a pop-up appear which asks for you to name your new list.
Name your list, and don't worry you can change this at a later time. List names are only visible to you, and are never seen by your customers.
Click Create SMS List button.
