With Autoresponders, your customers are able to text your autoresponder keyword to your short code as many times as they want, but if you only want them to receive the response message once, then receive the following message "Sorry, only one text message reply per phone number." on subsequent interactions, than you can do so by following the steps below.
When you log into Tatango, the first thing you'll see is your campaigns dashboard, which lists all your campaigns. Follow the instructions below to set this option for a specific autoresponders.
- Beneath Campaigns on the left side of the screen, click Autoresponders.
- Once you've done step #1, you'll see all the autoresponder that you currently have. Find the autoresponder you're looking for, and click the button that says Manage.
- On the autoresponder dashboard, find the option to only allow one response per phone number under the autoresponder response message, and select it.
- When finished, click the green Save Changes button.
