If a customer is sent a message through the transactional API, and they reply STOP to that message, you will no longer be able to message that customer through the transactional API on that specific short code.

If a customer is receiving messages from the transactional messaging API, and from a campaign, and they reply STOP, only the most recent type of message from the transactional messaging API or the campaign will be blocked from messaging that specific customer.
